Robert Reiter, Senior Director Workforce Operations at Fedcap Inc. joined Fedcap in 2012 as the Director of Vocational Rehabilitation Services for the WeCARE Program, which served annually 30,000 public assistance recipients with medical and/or mental health barriers to gain self-sufficiency through vocational assessment, condition management, job readiness, and sustained employment.
Prior to joining Fedcap, Robert worked as the Director of Compliance and Quality Improvement for Brooklyn Community Services’ mental health and developmental disabilities programs. He also managed work readiness, work experience, and employment services for BCS programs that served public assistance recipients with limitations. Robert has also conducted policy work with the Abyssinian Development Corporation in process-mapping non-profit acquisition of expiring project-based Section 8 housing contracts. Robert began his non-profit career providing employment counseling and job placement services for refugees resettled in the Houston, Texas area.
Robert has a Masters of Public Administration from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and Bachelors of Arts degrees in Philosophy and in Classics from Yale University.
