Vocational Assessment

Our Career Essentials evaluation helps provide clear employment goals through the identification of employment preferences, interests, and aptitudes.

Comprehensive Service Plan (CSP)

Our Comprehensive Service Plan sets forth the participant’s steps toward employment, including addressing any identified barriers through collaboratively-developed, specific, measurable, achievable, and realistic goals.

Job Readiness Training

Our proprietary Power of Possible™ job readiness curriculum provides tools and strategies that consistently transform our participants’ ability to obtain employment through workshops including resume preparation, self-esteem building, job search techniques and resources, interviewing techniques, and networking opportunities.

Job Development

Our highly skilled staff engage business and source jobs in high-growth sectors, matching the identified strengths of our participants with employment opportunities in their communities.

Job Retention

Our job is not over when a participant becomes employed. We continue to provide participants with access to a full range of transitional support services once employed, to ensure new or existing barriers are addressed, including rapid job re-placement if needed.
