Our Queens WeCARE program provides Wellness services to adults applying for or currently receiving Cash Assistance who with a determination of temporarily unemployable due to a verified medical/mental health condition(s). Condition-management services include coordinating and monitoring an individual’s treatment plan with treating providers with the goal of gathering a clinical history to determine if an individual can eventually return to work.

Participants are referred to WeCARE through NYC’s Human Resources Administration (HRA).
