Nandi Jones-Clement

Nandi Jones-Clement currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Business Development for Fedcap Inc. Nandi has more than 20 years of human services management and business development experience including work at two multi-national human service companies. Nandi has worked with more than 30 government entities to help design and implement individualized employment programs and human services solutions. Nandi also serves on the Board of Directors of not-for-profit agencies representing under-served populations in the city of Philadelphia, the Washington Metropolitan area, San Juan, Puerto Rico and Hebron, New Hampshire. Nandi is also a Governor appointed Board Trustee at Lincoln University.

Nandi holds a bachelor’s degree in political science/ public affairs from Lincoln University and an MBA with a concentration in health administration, from Northcentral University. In her free time, Nandi is an avid reader, exercise enthusiast, wife, and proud mother of two young adult sons.
