Our CMS program, located in Queens, NY, provides wraparound services to adults applying for or currently receiving Cash Assistance that are identified as potentially living with a Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Services include an assessment by a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) to determine the need for substance use treatment, intensive case management services, housing assistance, and job readiness and job placement.

Participants are referred to our CMS program through NYC’s Human Resources Administration (HRA).
