Our CareerAdvance – Older Workers program provides targeted employment and retention services for up to one year, and advancement services for individuals applying for or currently receiving Cash Assistance, including dislocated workers and those needing additional working quarters to qualify for Social Security benefits.

Participants are referred to our Career Advance – Older Workers program through NYC’s Human Resources Administration (HRA).
