Our CareerCompass program in the Bronx, NY, works with adults applying for or receiving Cash Assistance benefits to assess skills and experience. We help program participants find employment, training, or education programs, as well as internship and community service opportunities that suit their skills and goals.

Participants are referred to our CareerCompass program through NYC’s Human Resources Administration (HRA).
