Carla Smith, Director of Office Administration and Personnel of Fedcap, Inc. is a human resource and workforce services management professional with more than 20 years of experience.
She has successfully designed and led adult workforce development programs for both private and government organizations, providing structure and standardization for daily operations, performance management, quality assurance and compliance, training and staff development, and strategic planning, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures and maintaining the organization’s vision and mission.
Prior to her role at Fedcap Inc., she was the Director of Operations for Fedcap’s Wellness Comprehensive Assessment Rehabilitation and Employment (WeCARE) contract, where she had oversight of operations and performance.
Prior to joining Fedcap, Carla was the Program Director for the Jobs Plus program for a multi-million-dollar for-profit human services company where she was responsible for negotiation, implementation and management of day to day operations.
Carla has a Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Management from the Nyack College School of Business.
