A subsequent law allocated an additional $21.6 billion with the American Rescue Plan Act. There is a version of ERAP in all 50 states and nearly every U.S. city with over 200,000 people, territories, and some counties. –The City of New York as an entity received $644.5 million total and the entire state of New York including state and local allocations received $2.3 billion. The State of New York added an additional $100 million of state money to the federal money. From the first round of funds, The Bronx has been allocated $69 million with $62 million being estimated to going towards the actual payment of arrears.
