Our statewide services under Maine’s Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program—called ASPIRE—are designed to increase participation in work-related activities and achieve sustainable employment for adults with families receiving cash assistance.

At Fedcap Families, a program under Fedcap Maine, our mission is to inspire each Mainer who comes through our doors to pursue a meaningful and gainful career to create a more economically secure future for their family through access to employment, education, and community resources.
