Youth Pathways provides unique programming to younger participants with objectives including education and skills training leading to job entry and sustainability. We use the “Career Pathways” approach of matching a participant’s current skills and interests  to local high-wage and/or high-demand employment sectors to develop an action plan for the individual to obtain the skills and training they need to succeed in employment. Other general services include basic skills testing, case management support, job readiness skills training and resume building, job placement assistance, and employment retention services.
